Exigo uses Azure SQL managed instances as part of its hosting redundancy, Exigo attempted to fail its SQL instances over to secondary Azure hosting sites on the East coast, however due to the size of the outage some clients remain affected. Azure’s resource manager is down globally as well, which added further fail-over delays. Please note that Service performance may be slow in some case because Azure’s East coast datacenter is also overloaded. We have been and will continue to work with our Microsoft Premier support on a speedy resolution.
